Please note that only one person needs to book and pay for a duet session so you can split the bill at home!

 

Policies & Expectations

Please keep the following in mind to make the most of your session and an enjoyable experience for all!

​

  • Please arrive to the venue on time. Please ensure you chat to the instructor if it's your first visit or have anything you need to discuss such as health concerns or injuries.

  • Due to safety reasons -We cannot allow you into class once we are in flow of the 'warm-up' and the instructor reserves the discretion to turn you away.  

  • Please either set your phone to silent or turn off the tech.. lets use this time to switch off and save the selfies for post-class.

  •  PLEASE NOTE POST COVID 19 - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT FOR HYGIENE - There are a few spares but lets face it, who wants to share?!

  • Post Covid-19, we will still have to comply with any social distancing or precautionary measures as stipulated by the governing bodies which may change frequently so please be prepared to follow any guidance as we receive it. You will be asked to clean down your workout space, including the reformer and any small equipment used - all cleaning product and hand gel are provided as well as hand washing facilities in the customer bathroom.

 

Booking Policies:

REFUND  & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not offer refunds or client exchanges on any single reformer or mat class purchases, workshops, private reformer & 121 sessions or memberships. You are allowed to amend your booking providing an alternative session is available to the same value as the original booking and with at least12 hours prior notice to allow other clients the opportunity to attend - Please be aware that you will be required to do this yourself, via the app or booking system. Credit will be given where the course, session or workshop does not run due to absence of the instructor, unfavourable weather  or venue cancellations.  Membership plans are required to be used within their individual purchase policy timeframe and will not be honoured after this if not used.  

TRANSFERS POLICY:

All bookings are non date transferable and may only be used for the intended client unless agreed otherwise by Lee.

COVER INSTRUCTORS:

Please note that we are aware you like the instructors and favour familiarity but there will be times where stand-in cover teachers will be providers where an instructor is sick or on leave. We take this approach as we think a class is better than no class.
