Perhaps you are time poor to travel to a live class or you just prefer to gives these things a go before venturing into the unknown?! Holistic @ Home is a wonderful way to get your mind & body fix at a time that suits you best, in the comfort of your own home, so you can work at a pace that suits you.

Allow Lee to guide you through your wellness practice with clear and easy to follow instruction, in an approach that is relaxed, authentic yet encouraging and accessible for every fitness level. All of the classes via this subscription are mat based exercise and you have the option to add the small equipment such as weights & resistance bands.

Monthly subscription will be set at £5 and for that, you will gain access to a class library of around 200 varied classes which vary between mostly 30 - 55 minute durations and are multi-disciplined to suit your time you have and mood you are in! There is so much variety from your very traditional holistic themed classes such as Yoga & Pilates but also body conditioning classes that work up a little more of a sweat!

 All of the classes are pre-recorded and uploaded into a library which its accessed via a Private Facebook Group, so you will require a Facebook account to be able to access the content but your participation is secure and confidential and only accessible to members.

You will have access to the group for the month of which you have subscribed, which is payable by subscribing to the plan below, in advance of your access. Upon subscription, you will be charged the £5 per calendar month  for access, via your original payment method, up until you decided to cancel. You can choose your start date which will in turn, set your payment date for your rolling contract. Once your plan has been processed, Lee will manually add you to the private group and send you a link via email.
